Helped with tummy issues!

I suffer from chronic and painful constipation. I’ve only had about 3 tummy sticks in the span of a week and this stuff has helped tremendously. I feel like my digestion is overall better and I am pooping at least once a day which beforehand I would poop every 4 days. Bloating has also improved. Would definitely recommend!
