Should I take my drink mix with food or without?

You can take it however you like! None of our products should cause any tummy issues.

What beverage should I mix the powder into?

You can mix our powders with water, sparkling water, iced tea, juice or even into a smoothie. Whatever you like! If you enjoy your drinks fizzy, we recommend mixing it with sparkling water for an effervescent treat.

Tip: Pour sparkling water first and leave a little room at the top of the glass as it may bubble up a bit.

Are there any artificial flavors in the drink mixes?

No way! No artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.

Do your products contain any common allergens?

Our Fire Drink Mix contains glucosamine which contains shellfish.

Our products are produced in a facility that also processes ingredients containing gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, egg, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, and peanuts.

Are your products vegan?

No, they are not.

Is there an expiration or "best by" date?

All of our products include a best by date in order to ensure the integrity, quality, and efficacy of the contents. We cannot guarantee potency and quality after the best by date has passed. You can find the best by date on the bottom of the jar.

How should I store my drink mix?

Store your drink mix at room temperature in a dry location. It does not need to be refrigerated.

Does it matter what time of day I take my supplements?

You can take take it anytime of day, though we recommend that you have it at the same time each day so that you are more likely to remember it.

Can I have more than one serving per day?

No, we recommend having only one serving per day so that you don't exceed the maximum recommended daily value of any ingredient. We also recommend that you consult with your doctor before starting any nutritional supplement program.

Is it safe for children?

For children under 12, please consult with your child's pediatrician.

For children 12 and over, a half scoop would fall within the recommended daily value range for individual vitamins and minerals. However, we recommend consulting your child's pediatrician before starting them on any supplements.

Where are your products manufactured?

They are manufactured here in the USA in Farmingdale, NY.

What are your quality control procedures?

Ingredient quality, manufacturing excellence and quality control are our most important priorities. Our manufacturing partner is in compliance with NSF GMP Registration Program Requirements.

Fill Level

Got some room in your jar? No worries, you'll still get all 30 servings! Our filler-free Drink Mixes are full of everything you need and nothing extra, so sometimes they settle during shipping. Settling is natural during the shipping process. There are always 30 servings in each container, despite the fill level. We invite you to give it a try!


When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Go to your account page from the middle icon in the top right corner. Once there, you can click on your order number to check the status.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, Facebook Pay.


How do I create an account?

You can create an account during the checkout process. Or, you can create an account by clicking on the middle icon in the top right corner and filling in the required information (first name, last name email, and password).

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" under the password box and you will receive an email to reset it.


How do I subscribe to a product?

Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase, you can select “Subscribe” and adjust your subscription quantity to your liking. You can repeat this process for multiple items on one order prior to checking out.

How do I manage my subscription?

If you need to modify, change, or cancel your subscription for any reason, you can visit your account and use the "Manage Subscription" link in your profile. If that link is not appearing or you do not have an account, please click here and enter the email address you used for your subscription to get access to your account. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do require any changes or cancellations made at least three days prior to your next order date. Please note, if you wish to cancel an order less than three days prior to your ship date, FYXX Health is unable to cancel or issue a refund. We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates five days prior to the scheduled ship date, which we feel is an ample amount of time to update their subscription. That being said, this is sent as a courtesy and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription.

Are there any hidden / extra fees?

No! There are no hidden fees. All subscription orders within the US qualify for free shipping. State tax is added if applicable.

I cancelled my subscription but I still received my order. Why is that?

If a subscription is cancelled after an order is processed, that order will still be shipped out. Per our subscription policy, we require a minimum of three business days for any modifications or cancellations. Feel free to contact us at for more information.


How much is shipping?

We offer FREE ground shipping for all orders in the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer Free Shipping via DHL for FYXX products. Orders are shipped from our PA warehouse and scheduled to arrive within 7-10 business days of placement of the order. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your tracking number updates online.

Am I able to track my shipment?

Yes, you will receive a shipping tracking number when your item ships. Additionally, you can find the order tracking number in your account order details.


Can I return an item I purchased?

We believe in our products and hope our customers love them as much as we do. But if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to all purchases made on (If you purchased FYXX products from another retailer, please refer to their return policy.)
