Immunity Ice Cubes to Make Staying Hydrated Tasty and Fun

We all need more hydration – in fact being under hydrated can dampen energy levels, increase cravings for sweets and salty foods, give you brain fog and frankly make your day much more difficult.  Our body is ~70% water, but it’s a struggle to get enough.  How about a tasty way to make water more fun and easier to drink throughout the day? This beautiful and simple recipe lets you customize your immunity nutrition by starting with the EPIC base and boosting with frozen or fresh berries and herbs like mint or basil.  Have fun!  

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop FYXX EPIC
  • 12 oz. water
  • Ice cube tray
  • Frozen or fresh cranberries, blueberries, mint leaves (optional)

Directions
Prep Time 5 minutes. Makes 12 ice cubes.

  1. Add water to pitcher
  2. Add EPIC and stir
  3. Pour into ice cube tray
  4. Add berries and mint as desired
  5. Freeze
  6. Place into still or sparkling water and enjoy!
