Stress-Free Snacking: Orange Coconut Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops FYXX TUMMY
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. orange zest
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut + another 1/2 cup for rolling
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions
Prep Time 5 minutes, Chill Time 1 hour - overnight. Makes 6 servings (2 bites per serving)

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, leaving 1/2 cup of the coconut shreds separated in their own bowl
  2. Once a sticky powder is formed, roll and shape into a ball, then add to coconut shreds bowl and shake to coat
  3. Place on a baking sheet or in an air tight container and refrigerate as desired
  4. Enjoy!
