Ingredients
- 3 scoops FYXX TUMMY
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp. orange zest
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut + another 1/2 cup for rolling
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions
Prep Time 5 minutes, Chill Time 1 hour - overnight. Makes 6 servings (2 bites per serving)
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, leaving 1/2 cup of the coconut shreds separated in their own bowl
- Once a sticky powder is formed, roll and shape into a ball, then add to coconut shreds bowl and shake to coat
- Place on a baking sheet or in an air tight container and refrigerate as desired
